Xi’an Free Port and FESCO will explore the possibility of establishing a joint venture to implement this project, as well as the development of logistics and terminal infrastructure in other locations.

The document also envisages strengthening cooperation between FESCO and Xi’an Free Port on other strategic issues, such as the development of rail container transport from Xi’an and Shaanxi Province (China) to Russia and Belarus and vice versa.
